The North Energy Consortium submitted to Aneel (Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency), this Wednesday (7/14), the required documents for qualification of the members of the Special Purpose Company (SPC), that will be created to receive the grant for establishment and operation of Belo Monte hydropower plant, in Xingu River (PA). See below the composition of shareholders and their respective participation in the social capital of the future SPC:
